Delivery terms
By making a delivery you approve the use of personal data.
Products have 14 days return policy
Products that exist in the warehouse are delivered witihin 1-4 working days. If the ordered product happen to be sold out, the customer will be contacted imediatly.
Klarna payments are the provider of payment solutions on this site, In cooperation with finnish banks and credit institutions.

Repayment
Repayment/remove of payment are allways done when the product returns to our warehouse.
The customer may cancel their order if delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. Cancellations must be notified to ckraftandknit@gmail.com. We will notify our customers via email or phone if the delivery time deviates from normal. CK CraftandKnit also reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money to the customer's account.
Complaints
All Complaints regarding an order or the shipment shall be sent within 7 working days after receiving the order to: ckcraftandknit@gmail.com
Right of return and product change
The products have a full 14-day right of return. The product to be returned must be unused and unchanged. Same return right also include damaged products and if you by any means have received the wrong delivery. In this case return will be free.
